Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the destination region, shipping method and service provider. In countries with island territories, different costs may apply. The actual shipping costs incurred are shown during the order process before completion.

Delivery Times

The stated processing and delivery times are non-binding indicative values based on our experience (usually over 90% accuracy). A guarantee is not possible, as external factors are beyond our control, for example:

  •   Delays in document preparation by the vehicle manufacturer
  •   Delivery delays by postal or courier services
  •   National holidays, customs clearance, strikes and unforeseen events

 

Delivery Notes

After receiving the shipping confirmation, we recommend checking the tracking information regularly. In the event of delays (e.g. an incorrect address or redirection to a parcel shop), contacting the relevant delivery service directly often helps to speed up delivery or obtain further information.
